C. Britt Beasley, MD
PSYCHIATRIST
Dr. Beasley is a board certified Psychiatrist and Addiction Medicine specialist who holds a Doctorate of Medicine and Master's in Neurobiology from the Medical College of Virginia. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at Mount Sinai in New York City and currently holds a position as Clinical Associate in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Beasley's particular areas of interest include the treatment and neuroscience of substance abuse disorders. He also treats bipolar, attention deficit, depressive, anxiety and other mental health disorders as necessary in the context of recovery from addiction. He is certified in buprenorphine (Suboxone®) management of opiate use disorders and experienced in treatment with extended release naltrexone (Vivitrol®). He provides both medication management and counseling services as appropriate.
